Guiding principles

  • People first

Every brand and product is for someone. Understanding them, and the wider circle of people the work will affect, is where every project begins.

  • Clear objectives

Design is subjective until there is a clear objective. Once we agree on what success looks like, every decision is measured by how well it hits the mark.

  • Partnership

No one discipline has all the answers. The best work comes from putting different kinds of expertise in the same room and building on each other's ideas.

My process

  • 1. Collect

Every project starts with research. I gather everything I can about your business, its people and its competitors, and anything that might spark an idea.

  • 2. Curate

Patterns start to show up. I pull out what feels right from the exploration and shape it into a few directions, then we decide together which to pursue.

  • 3. Create

This is where it all becomes something new. I explore as many ideas as time allows, and we refine the strongest together until it's ready to launch.
